A quiet corner next to the pulsating city
Family houses are a bit hidden from the eyes of most of the visitors in Britská čtvrť. It is often possible to meet the astonished views of people who had no idea about the existence of houses until then.
This is due to the built bank hiding the houses from the eyes of passers-by and the barrier that dams the way for uninvited visitors.
And just these barriers help give the place peace and intimacy. Thus, we managed to create a community where people know and greet each other. A place where you can let your children out on the street without having to worry that something will happen to them.
And all of these just a short distance from the vibrant life around the square, which you can, but do not have to, visit.

You can get to the metro on foot
Perhaps the most fundamental criterion for buying a housing in Prague is the proximity of a metro station. It is not impossible to find an apartment in Prague near a metro station.
But finding a family house in such a place, and new on top of that, is an absolute exception. And that is exactly what family houses in the Britská čtvrť can boast of.
You can walk to the metro station, where you are within a little more than 5 minutes, and within 25 minutes you are in the centre of Prague.
Due to the fact that Britská čtvrť is located near the beginning of the highway to Plzeň (D5), this locality is also popular with those who have their roots in the western part of Bohemia. It is also perceived as advantageous by those who need to use the airport frequently and at the same time want to live in a quiet place, outside of air routes.

Housing and services – all in one
Britská čtvrť is one of the few to boast such a large number of quality services.
The local staff and residents manage to support a range of great services, from several cafés to a wine shop, hairdresser, several restaurants and indoor and outdoor fitness centres. Of course, there are playgrounds, the largest of which is immediately adjacent to a café and a wine bar, where parents like to use the outside seating to watch their children playing.
YoOf course there are small businesses offering various services such as an ATM, Alzabox and others. You can read people’s impressions from their visits in several places in our magazine from Britská čtvrť.
Homepark Zličín, where you can find larger services providers, such as IKEA, Tesco, Starbucks, and more, is within a walking distance. The adjacent Stodůlky quarter can offer anything that you do not find directly in Britská čtvrť. There is a post office, primary school, kindergarten, and much more.

Modern architecture
All family houses are built in a modern style in a combination of stone tiles and classic facade elements.
Ecology is important to us. In the fifth stage, each house comes equipped with standard features such as photovoltaic panels and batteries. Additionally, there is a retention tank for rainwater in the garden of the house, with a safety-regulated overflow directed into the storm sewer.
The whole district is intertwined with houses the layouts of which are 4+kitchenette and 5+kitchenette; each with one garage.
The public space, which consists of Náměstí Junkových square and the adjacent park with a playground and an outdoor gym, plays an important role. An equally important part of the public space is a beautiful Japanese garden with a stream and pleasant places inviting to relax.
