Yoga for Children

Come with your children to a summer yoga session full of movement, playful poses, breathing exercises and relaxation.

Children will try simple yoga exercises combined with stories, warm-ups, animal poses and calming relaxation. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and exercise mats will be provided. During the summer months, no advance registration is needed.
