Residence U Vltavy

Kralupy nad Vltavou

An empty spot on the map near the train station in Kralupy nad Vltavou will soon be transformed into a new residential area. The modern apartment block of the Residence Vltava project will have perfect and easy access to Prague and to the countryside by the river as well. This new part of the city will include, among other things, its own cultural center and a Piazzetta with public facilities and a multifunctional playground.

Kaskády Barrandov

The Kaskády Barrandov project has excellent direct access to the center of Prague, while located in the immediate vicinity of countryside. It is served by several trams on the line that has been newly extended to Holyně. The apartments of Kaskády Barrandov are often chosen by the young generation, who grew up in the original housing estate built in the 1980s and now want live in a familiar environment – within easy reach of the city center and with the Prokop Valley around the corner. The new central square named after Olga Scheinpflugová will soon have its shops, services, and a relaxation area.

Nad Krocínkou

The new project Nad Krocínkou is located in Prague 9 nearby Prosek metro station. Prosek of today combines everything a modern family will appreciate. It has a perfect and practical infrastructure and plenty of space for rest and leisure. You especially appreciate the fast connection to the city centre and the outside of the city as well, the growing public greenery, and fine-tuned civic amenities. Of course there are shops, restaurants, schools of all levels, a fitness centre or even a clinic. However, there are also many conveniences nearby, such as a branch of the Municipal Library, an established second-hand bookstore or a self-service car wash.

Britská čtvrť

The Britská Čtvrť project has been growing since 2007. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Stodůlky station of metro B within easy reach of the extensive Zličín shopping area. Britská Čtvrť is really busy thanks to the functional combination of new apartments, offices, family houses, and services. The new houses in the western part of the complex will gradually be complemented by a unique bio-corridor for the local fauna and flora.

Nová Elektra

Hloubětín is undergoing a fundamental transformation – be there. New modern buildings with apartments and services are growing instead of former old industrial areas. Our Nová Elektra project is being developed in the immediate vicinity of the local Zahrádky Park. A tram that connects this locality to the city center stops right next to the apartment buildings. Metro B and C are within easy reach.

Nový Opatov

As the architect Václav Hlaváček says: The southern part of the city has not been properly discovered yet! A new square along with a modern space for work, living, and entertainment will be created as part of the Nový Opatov project. We plan construction of cooperative apartments, privately owned apartments, rental housing and office space here. The place will be interwoven with a park abundant in a number of gentle landscape features. All public transport connections will also be reconstructed. This locality is easily accessible from the Central Bohemian Region and has great access to the city center thanks to the Opatov station of metro C. The unhappy place will soon turn into a living accessible place.

Harfa Park

Harfa Park is a successful, well-inhabited project for years, which was once one of the first to transform industrial Vysočany into the now sought-after residential area. It boasts a bold modern architecture, where each subsequent stage represents the period in which it was created. In its immediate vicinity, there is a park around the Rokytka river and a bike path leading to the city center. Its good transport accessibility is enhanced by the nearby Libeň railway station, where suburban trains stop.
