On the edge of the Prokopské Valley Nature Reserve, a restaurant has opened that you may not know yet – Semmering in Prague’s Hlubočepy district. Thanks to the renovation of a former laundry and dovecote, a venue with a unique atmosphere and beautiful views of the Hlubočepy cliffs and the Prague Semmering railway line has been created here.

The menu is based on seasonal ingredients and cooperation with local suppliers. In addition to a regularly changing menu, you will also find weekly specials, vegetables from the nearby Prokopská farm, beer from the Prokopák brewery, and an extensive wine list. Sitting in the garden or on the terrace is made even more enjoyable by the views of the rock formations and the passing historic motor train, making you feel more like you are in an Austrian mountain resort than just a few minutes from the center of Prague.

The restaurant has a capacity of around 100 seats, making it ideal not only for everyday dining but also for private parties, family celebrations, and other important life events.
