Valentine’s menu at Semmering Restaurant

From February 10 to 15, we invite you to enjoy a special Valentine’s menu designed for a memorable dining experience full of refined flavors.

The discounted set includes three courses – a starter, a main course and a dessert – carefully composed to complement each other.

The menu opens with a fresh ceviche featuring notes of yuzu and passion fruit, combined with mango, coriander and crispy tortilla chips. The main course offers a classic Rossini steak made from beef tenderloin, served with foie gras, fresh truffle, mashed potatoes, rich sauce and spinach. To finish, a dessert based on raspberries and chocolate brings together several textures with a subtle touch of herbs and spices.
