Join a gentle exercise session that helps mobilise the body, support balance and improve everyday well-being.

The lesson is suitable for all age groups, especially participants aged 50+. It combines elements of yoga, Pilates and breathing techniques, focusing on a healthy back, flexible joints, balance and safe movement at a calm pace. Please bring your own exercise mat.
