According to an analysis by Deloitte evaluating the quality of life in Czech towns, Kralupy nad Vltavou is the fifth-best place to live in Central Bohemia. It does well on health and the environment, it has a well-developed network of public services and facilities and a high-quality network of doctors.
Kralupy also scored very well for its proximity to nature reserves and the green areas within and around the town. There is also a good range of high schools. Lots of cash machines and restaurants. And young people are interested in Kralupy, which is a good sign that the town is doing well.

Residence U Vltavy will offer 437 modern apartments ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk, with excellent accessibility due to its proximity to the train and bus stations.
The simple architecture of the buildings will be connected by green courtyards, providing space for social gatherings, barbecues, and children's play. The project will include essential amenities such as stores, a kindergarten, and sports facilities. The location will help address the housing shortage in Kralupy, with the addition of a kindergarten and a multipurpose sports field. A new square and the renovation of Nádražní Street will enhance the area. The project also features a recreational zone by the Vltava River, with community gardens, playgrounds, and sports facilities.
