Masopust celebrations with Lučinkou and Circusem Sacra

Join the Masopust celebrations in the Central Park of Prague 13 and take part in a joyful carnival parade inspired by traditional Czech customs.

The procession will be led by dancers from the Lučinka Folklore Ensemble together with acrobats from Circus Sacra. We will meet at 5:00 PM at the playground U sovičky and continue together towards the KD Mlejn cultural centre.

Along the route, themed stops will await both children and adults in costume. At the final stop, in front of the main entrance of KD Mlejn, the best masks will be awarded. The celebration will conclude with a final dance by the Lučinka Folklore Ensemble and the traditional symbolic burial of the bass.
