It’s here: popular Harfa’s next stage

New apartments are again available at Harfa. After a three-year break, we are bringing building S to market - it will be built at the end of Pod Harfou Street behind the junction with Kabešova Street. The ten above-ground and two underground floors will include 100 apartments from 1+kk (studio apartment) to 4+kk (four-room) and 102 parking spaces. The ninth stage in this district is designated for cooperative ownership.

Harfa Park is a successful project that has been well occupied for years. It is characterized by bold modern architecture, where each subsequent stage testifies to the time it was created. The newest building S was designed by the A.I.P. studio - Architecture Interior Project. It has a simple rectangular floor plan and seamlessly continues from former stages.

Great amenities

Over 2,000 households already live at Harfa Park. The neighbourhood has a supermarket, cafes, playground with a bistro, and commercial areas with shops and services. There is a park by Rokytka river and a cycle path to the city centre in the immediate vicinity.

The location has excellent public transport connections – with trams and buses, and two subway lines within one or two stops. The fastest connection to central Prague is via adjacent Libeň railway station.

A new kindergarten and elementary school were opened this year within walking distance. The Galerie Harfa and Fénix shopping centers and Vysočany Arena are also nearby.

Affordable cooperative ownership

Harfa’s ninth stage is the eleventh in the last three years that FINEP has sold into cooperative ownership. This historic type of housing quickly gained popularity after its renaissance, and subsequently continued to be attractive even with high interest rates.

The purchase of a cooperative apartment necessitates paying the initial principal, while the remainder is paid as rent. So, a mortgage is not necessary and there is no age restriction. 20% of the property’s total price is enough to purchase the housing, with subsequent instalments over up to 40 years for selected projects. After repayment, the buyer can transfer the apartment to personal ownership. This combination of factors makes cooperative ownership generally more affordable.
