The Archdiocese of Prague Has Taken Over a New Rental Apartment Building in the U Šárky Project

On 25 March, FINEP and the RSJ Investment Group handed over a rental apartment building to the Archdiocese of Prague, expanding the housing offer in Prague. The new building was blessed by Mons. Jan Graubner, Apostolic Administrator of Prague.

The five-storey building in the Rezidence U Šárky project offers a total of 57 rental apartments in a location with excellent access to the city centre and in immediate proximity to the Divoká Šárka nature park. It is part of a long-term partnership in which FINEP brings its expertise in the preparation and development of rental housing, while the Archdiocese acquires rental apartments as a stable component of its asset management and future income. Under the XPlace brand, a portfolio of apartments is gradually being built up to help create a financial foundation for the Archdiocese’s further activities.
