Building G enters the scene: we are launching sales of the sixth phase of Residence U Vltavy in Kralupy nad Vltavou

Residence U Vltavy is growing, and alongside the already marketed buildings a new one is now being added – Building G, which forms a separate 6th phase of the project. It offers modern housing for those who seek peace by the river, yet still want to remain within comfortable reach of Prague.

Building G comprises a total of 49 apartments ranging from studios (1+kk, 24.5 m²) to family-sized 4-bedroom units (4+kk, 94.7 m²).
