PROSEK PARK XIII - NEW APARTMENTS AT PROSEK

Modern yet full of greenery and with a perfect access to the city centre thanks to the new Střížkov Metro station (line C) - that makes Prosek an ideal place to live. The neighborhood provides very good public facilities, such as kindergarten, day nursery, two primary schools, secondary technical school and grammar school. Post office, bank and supermarket are located nearby. Local outpatient clinic operates an emergency room. Letňany shopping centre is reachable in several minutes by car or bus. Prosek is a location with excellent accessibility to the centre of Prague not only thanks to the new C line Střížkov Metro station, but also thanks to the wide network of bus lines.

More than 8,000 square meters of greenery and two playgrounds will be built as a part of the project. The first playground will has dispositions for ball and other games and is intended for older children. The second playground will be aimed at parents with small children as it features a 20-meter cableway, a sand pit, a gazebo with benches, a few jumpers for little kids, swings and jungle gyms. It is partly grassed and fenced so that mothers don´t need to worry about their children´s safety.

NAD ŘEKOU - NEW APARTMENTS AT HODKOVIČKY

New future of the "Greenhouses". In addition to the new housing, the project Nad řekou (Over the river) will also increase the area of green vegetation, new recreational areas, ecological corridor revitalization, but also, for example, a new kindergarten for local children and shops and services for all. The project respects the height relief of the area and the planned surrounding construction projects. The plan includes the implementation of an extensive and costly public park, including the revitalization of the brook (Zátišský potok). Within the project a space for trade and business will be built, and finally there will be shops and services in the vicinity.

HARFA PARK VII - NEW APARTMENTS IN VYSOČANY

The Harfa Park project is located in a large development centre in Prague 9 - Nové Vysočany. It was the first residential construction of this new Vysočany centre. It is defined by the Poděbradská, Podkovářská, Pod Harfou and Kabešova streets. Individual houses form coherent blocks with sports facilities and playgrounds and commercial services such as supermarket, convenience store, hairdressers, etc.

Previous phases of the Nová Harfa / Harfa Park construction project produced several playgrounds, sports grounds and relaxation zones for both children and adults. Wide range of shops and services in the neighborhood, such as supermarket, convenience store, restaurant, pharmacy and many others, is a great advantage. The Fénix Shopping Gallery with a range of other shops as well as a private entrance to the Metro is reachable within 5-minute drive by car. If you like calmness surrounded by greenery, you can take a walk along the Rokytka rivulet or go for bicycle rides or in-line skating at the new bicycle path leading almost behind the house. Its total length is 3.5 kilometers.

Immediate vicinity of the Prokopské Valley natural park, walking distance to the public transport (bus and tram 3 min.), width of public facilities (school, doctor, supermarket) and excellent transport links to the D1 and D5 motorways make this place very attractive for all ages. The upcoming development consists of so-called "nests" of houses that are freely permeable for pedestrians, yet simultaneously create semi private spaces with playgrounds, water features and relaxation areas.
