More than 8,000 square meters of greenery and two playgrounds will be built as a part of the project. The Harfa Park project is located in a large development centre in Prague 9 - Nové Vysočany. It was the first residential construction of this new Vysočany centre. It is defined by the Poděbradská, Podkovářská, Pod Harfou and Kabešova streets. Individual houses form coherent blocks with sports facilities and playgrounds and commercial services such as supermarket, convenience store, hairdressers, etc.

Previous phases of the Nová Harfa / Harfa Park construction project produced several playgrounds, sports grounds and relaxation zones for both children and adults. Wide range of shops and services in the neighborhood, such as supermarket, convenience store, restaurant, pharmacy and many others, is a great advantage. The Fénix Shopping Gallery with a range of other shops as well as a private entrance to the Metro is reachable within 5-minute drive by car. If you like calmness surrounded by greenery, you can take a walk along the Rokytka rivulet or go for bicycle rides or in-line skating at the new bicycle path leading almost behind the house. Its total length is 3.5 kilometers.
